Finally, we have some good news!
We Have Paper! Arizona Envelope has built back our paper inventory and we feel our allocation will get us through the fall. This will allow us to return to the service our customers had become accustomed to over years of working relationships. We will also be opening up our order book to new clients once again.
On September 1st, paper increased again. However, Arizona Envelope Company will not be passing on this price increase. We would like to thank our loyal customers for their understanding and patience as prices went higher and lead times went longer. Arizona Envelope Company is, at this time, reducing turn times back down to normal lead times and doing what we can to stabilize pricing.
Arizona Envelope Company is also working to get order entry and quote times back to normal so you may depend on us and provide better service to your customers. There are a couple of changes we are making now that will be very helpful first steps
Arizona Envelope will return your quote as quickly as possible to ensure orders can begin production as soon as possible. You can email request directly to your salesperson or to firstname.lastname@example.org. Another option would be to submit your quote request on our website.
The most important change going forward is the requirement of a purchase order along with artwork for every order. If you do not use purchase orders, please use our order form to submit your order. Here is a copy of the order form for your use. (Link to Order Form) Your Purchase Order or our Order Form should have all the needed information to correctly produce the order. This will assure the correct information is used on the order even if changes and different options were contemplated during the quoting process.
Your order acknowledgement is a very important last check of all details regarding you’re order. This is sent for all orders along with proofs for approval. It is your responsibility to verify that all the information is correct. (Ship location or will call, quantity, pricing, expected ship date and the proof.) Once approved, changes may not be possible depending on where your order is in production.
